The sensor integrates a coil fabricated directly on a printed circuit board (PCB), which detects the distance and position of the target via magnetic induction.
As the coil is built on PCB, the sensor features high robustness and durability, capable of operating in harsh environments. It is resistant to dirt, dust, oil stains, salt water, metal scraps, cleaning solutions and other contaminants.
Compared with conventional sensors, it is easier to install in alignment, allows certain mounting alignment errors, and supports position distance measurement within a permissible range.
1. The CAM204 processor supports connection to multiple sensors, helping customers reduce manufacturing costs.
2. The rotary sensor can detect diameters ranging from 21mm to 110mm.
3. The linear sensor features a measuring range from 5mm to 2m.
4. The arc sensor has a standard measuring range of 25mm to 100mm with a standard detection angle up to 100°. Custom radii and measuring ranges are available upon request.
5. There are three types of product processors:
CAM204 (Multi-axis), CAM502 (High-speed), CAM312 (Low-cost, including automotive applications), with a temperature resistance up to 150℃.
6. Sensor Probes
Standard sensor probes are applied to simple linear or rotary sensors.
Open-type and bare-type versions are available, and customized designs can be provided according to customer requirements.
